INSPECTION SERVICES

 API 510 Pressure Vessel Inspection covers the in-service inspection, repair, alteration, and rerating of pressure vessels and pressure relieve devices.  

 API 570 Process Piping Inspection covers the inspection, rating, repair, and alteration procedures for metallic and fiber glass reinforced plastic (FRP) piping system and their associated pressure relieve devices that have been placed in service.  

API 653 Tank Inspection cover inspection, repair, alteration, and reconstruction on tanks built to API 650 and its predecessor API 12C. 

 Risked Based Inspection (RBI) is a breakdown and process that requires qualitative or quantitative assessment of the probability of failure (POF) and consequence of failure (COF) associated with each equipment, piping circuits included, in a particular process unit.

Certified Welding Inspector is responsible for inspecting weld quality, workmanship, and conformance to specifications.  

 Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) is a damage mechanism that affects all industrial facilities where insulation is present. Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) is external degradation on a component because of water trapped under insulation or fireproofing. Corrosion under insulation (CUI) can affect equipment or piping constructed of carbon steel, low alloy steel, austenitic stainless steel, or duplex stainless steel.  

Refractory inspection is an industry recognized certification for inspectors who are trained in refractory systems. Certified refractory inspectors have a good knowledge of inspection, installation, testing and repair of refractory linings.
