CORROSION UNDER INSULATION (CUI) PROJECTS

We successfully executed projects at Monroe Energy, Chevron, Dow Chemical, Motiva, and several other major facilities. As a trusted contractor, we proudly provided API inspection and project management services in support of various Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) initiatives. These efforts focused on ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of pressure vessels, process piping, and storage tanks.

Our experienced inspection team played a pivotal role in these projects particularly Mecia Keys, a seasoned inspector with over 15 years of experience in the industrial sector, including more than 5 years specializing in CUI. Mecia has successfully led numerous projects from initiation to completion, consistently prioritizing quality, safety, and operational efficiency.

In addition to overseeing overall project execution, Mecia conducted API visual inspections herself, applying her technical expertise and keen attention to detail to identify issues and recommend actionable solutions. She is highly skilled in developing and managing comprehensive project plans using spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to track progress and ensure alignment with client objectives.

Mecia also demonstrated strong leadership in guiding Nondestructive Examination (NDE) crews, reviewing technical reports, and collaborating closely with painters, scaffold builders, and insulation teams to streamline workflows and eliminate bottlenecks. Known for her ability to build strong relationships with both clients and field personnel, she consistently goes above and beyond to support project success and elevate team performance.
